Refunds and Cancellation

Prepaid MasterCard®

The cost of the Public Cash Services Prepaid MasterCard® is refundable on new unused card orders only. The cancellation fee for used cards is $10.00

If you have an existing card with a balance and would like to close your account, please contact customer service at 1-855-298-4209.

Please have your card information ready as we will need this to process your cancellation/refund. A cheque will be issued to you in 5-10 business days. A service fee of $10.00 applies for processing a cancellation.

Money Transfers
RIA Financial will refund the principal amount and applicable fees if needed. Please contact customer service at 1-800-500-3994.

Bill Payments
Customers are required to contact their service provider directly in regards to refunds or cancellations.
