That means you can use your Public Cash Services MasterCard for purchases and ATM use at over 28.5 million locations and 1 million bank machines worldwide.

To get a card

You can purchase a Public Cash Services Prepaid MasterCard at any authorized Public Mobile location. The one-time cost for the card is only $10.00. No application, credit check or personal bank account required, as long as you are over 18. You’ll be able to use your card immediately after purchase. Your initial load amount can be anywhere between $10 and $1,000. And you can reload money onto your prepaid Mastercard at an authorized Public Mobile location.

All you need to provide is:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and date of birth.
  • One piece of government issued photo ID,
  • The amount you’d like to put on the cash card, up to a maximum of $2,500 per day, up to a maximum card value of $5,000

With a prepaid Public Cash Services MasterCard® you're in control of the amount you spend each month. View your purchase details and transaction history online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply type in your user ID into the account login section of this website (right hand panel), Your user ID is your 13 digit serial number that appears on the back of your Public Cash Services Prepaid MasterCard.
